Return Policy for accessory orders

Please note: this policy is for accessories, not for complete bikes. In case you have an issue with your newly delivered bike please contact us via

Is the product you ordered not what you expected or does it not fit your bike? Then these are our return conditions:

  • You can register your product for return within 15 days of receipt. Send us a message if you want to return a product via

  • Return the package within 15 days of notification, so within 30 days of receipt.

  • You will receive the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) back on your bank account. Return costs are for your own account.

  • You can register your return via this return form. As track & trace/order number, state the number on your packing slip that looks like FF/OUT/12345

  • Create a return label for PostNL, DPD or UPS and hand in the package at a point near you. The costs are 8 Euro.

  • To get the full purchase amount back, it is important to return your product in its original condition and undamaged. Pack your product well and firmly. Preferably, use the original packaging for this. This way, you keep your product damage-free and we may be able to make someone else happy with it. Do you no longer have the original packaging at home? No problem, we will check the condition of your returned product and determine on the basis of this what the possible depreciation is.

  • Put the original packing slip in the box so that we understand the package comes from you.

  • You will receive the amount back to your bank account within 15 days after we have received the package.

  • Please note that our accessories are initially selected for mounting on Roetz bicycles. We cannot guarantee that accessories can also be placed on other brands of bicycles. In case of doubt, please contact us at, so that we can help you to assess whether or not the product will probably fit.
