That’s why we are looking for a precise and committed Financial Administrative Officer who brings overview, adds structure, and ensures our numbers are accurate. In this role, you are indispensable: you keep the financial administration in order and support the team in building a future-proof Roetz.
Our location? A prime spot in Amsterdam-Noord, right in the middle of a vibrant area full of sustainable and creative companies. Easily accessible by public transport—and of course perfect for commuting on your Roetz Bike.
Your role
You will join a small and friendly team of finance professionals. Together with the Controller and Assistant Controller, you ensure that the financial administration is accurate and continuously improving. This role comes with a lot of responsibility as well as room to think along. You will be the point of contact for the finance department for both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Managing the finance mailbox

Checking and booking purchase invoices

Creating, sending, and collecting sales invoices

Preparing weekly batch payments

Preparing weekly payments

Weekly reconciliation of bank transactions

Assisting with month-end and year-end closings

Proactively contributing ideas for process improvements
Your profile
-
Relevant MBO or HBO education
-
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
-
Available for 24 hours per week (flexible working days and hours are possible)

Proactive, accurate, and able to work independently

Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written

Good knowledge of Microsoft or Google Office

Experience with accounting software (such as Exact or AFAS); knowledge of Odoo is a plus
