With the opening of the Roetz Fair Factory, we make our social mission come to life: empowering and training people with poor job prospects. Roetz wants to prove that running a commercial business and respecting people and planet can go hand in hand.

In the past, we have worked with social partners. Due to policy changes and the absence of a decent training program, it was difficult to offer a suitable environment to the makers. Tiemen decided to start his own social workshop.
