What is a circular bike by Roetz?
A circular bike by Roetz is built on the foundation of a remanufactured steel frame. In our Fair Factory in Amsterdam-Noord, we rescue high-quality frames from the scrap heap, rigorously inspect them, and provide them with a durable new coating. This saves up to 70% in raw materials compared to producing a new bike. Our Originals prove that high-end design and circular mobility go hand in hand.
How are we making high-end design affordable?
The price reduction of our Originals collection isn’t a temporary promotion; it’s a structural improvement driven by efficiency and smart growth:
- Optimised craftsmanship: Thanks to refined processes in our factory at the Schaafstraat, we are building smarter. Production time per bike has been reduced without losing our hallmark attention to detail.
- Social Impact: Every Roetz is handcrafted by talented individuals who have faced barriers to the labour market at our Fair Factory. Our growth allows us to train even more people to become skilled bicycle mechanics.
