Most companies have employee programs to keep their personnel around for as long as possible. The Roetz model encourages the opposite: we train our makers to become skilled and independant workers and help them find permanent employment elsewhere.

We're so proud of Saulis. In just six months at the Fair Factory, he grew as a person and became a skilled mechanic. Saulis gained valuable experiences assembling the ov-fiets, a remanufacturing project for the Nationale Spoorwegen. He is the first to complete the specially designed training-on-the-job. It was a pleasure working with him.
